• Shipping Fees

  – West Malaysia: RM10
  – East Malaysia (under 1KG): RM25
  – Singapore (under 1KG): RM60

**Note:** Free delivery is available for orders over RM250 within West Malaysia.
For East Malaysia and Singapore, the exact shipping fee will be clearly shown during checkout.

• Estimated Delivery Time

  – West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  – East Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  – Singapore: 5–7 working days

**Tracking Information:**
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

• Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within **24 hours** from the time you receive the goods.
You may request a return under the following conditions:

– You received the wrong item.
– The item has a manufacturing defect.
*(Excludes items marked as clearance or display sets.)*

• Return Requirements:

  – A valid proof of purchase (order number and invoice) must be provided.
  – Items must be in brand new, unused condition, returned in original packaging, and include all accessories (manuals, warranty cards, certificates, free gifts, vouchers, etc.).

⚠️ **Please Note:**
– Return shipping fees are not covered by us.
– A handling fee of **RM15** will be deducted from the refund amount.

✅ Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within **14 working days** to your original payment method.

订单发货后，追踪号码将通过电子邮件发送至您所提供的邮箱。

🔁 退货政策

您必须在收到商品后的 24 小时内提出退货申请。
以下情况可接受退货申请：

• 收到的商品与订单不符；

• 商品存在制造缺陷。
  （不适用于清仓商品或展示品）

  退货需符合以下条件：

  • 必须提供有效购买凭证（订单号及发票）；

  • 商品必须为全新、未使用状态，保留原包装，并附上所有原配件（说明书、保修卡、正品认证书等），以及收到的赠品或优惠券。

  ⚠️ 请注意：

  • 退货的运费需由买家承担；

  • 每笔退货将从退款金额中扣除 RM15 手续费用。

  ✅ 商品验收通过后，我们将在14 个工作日内将退款退还至您的原付款方式。
