Examples:

– Example 1: You registered on June 1, and your birthday is June 12 → the system will send your voucher automatically at midnight on June 12.

– Example 2: You registered on June 12, and your birthday is also June 12 → the system will not send the voucher.

– Example 3: You registered on June 12, and your birthday is June 13 → if the system fails to detect it in time, the voucher may not be sent.

  • The birthday voucher can be used with a minimum purchase of RM150.
    Only one voucher can be used per order.
  • Once you’ve placed an order on our website, please complete your payment as soon as possible.
    If we do not receive your payment within 2 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Q: Do you provide repair or warranty services?
A: Yes! Magipea Malaysia offers a 2-month warranty (against manufacturing defects, not human damage).

  • All products are strictly inspected before shipment.

  • To apply for warranty service, please provide proof of purchase. Orders without valid purchase records will not be accepted.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from Magipea Malaysia official website or authorized Magipea distributors. Products purchased from non-authorized sellers will not be eligible for warranty service.

  • During the warranty period, if the product is damaged under warranty, it is eligible for one-time replacement only.

  • Q: What if my product has an issue but the warranty has expired?
    A: No worries! Even if your product is out of warranty or damaged due to human factors, we offer a lifetime trade-in service. You can purchase a new product with 20% off!
  • How to Trade-In:
    – Visit our Trade-In page and select the product you want to trade for.
    Send your damaged product back to Magipea Malaysia, including a note with your trade-in order information.
    – Once we receive your returned item, we will process your trade-in and ship your new product as soon as possible.
  • If you find any defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your package.
    Requests submitted after 2 days will not be accepted.

Malaysia:

  • We use POSLAJU for deliveries within Malaysia.

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 1–5 working days
    (Excluding public holidays)

Singapore:

  • We use a reliable private courier for deliveries to Singapore.

  • Delivery takes 7–10 working days.

  • Tracking number will be provided once the package arrives at the Singapore warehouse.

  • Estimated time for the tracking number to be active: 3–4 working days.

Q: Do I have to wait until pre-order items arrive before my order is shipped?
A: Yes. Due to system and operational procedures, we can only ship your order once all items in the order are available.

If you have an urgent need for some items, we recommend placing separate orders so the available items can be shipped immediately.

Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping information on my order?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact our WhatsApp customer service as soon as possible.

Provide your order number and the correct information, and our customer service assistant will help you update your shipping details.

Q: Can I order Magipea products if I’m overseas?
A: We’re sorry, due to customs regulations and battery restrictions, we cannot ship to most countries.

Currently, we only ship to Singapore, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 working days.

Due to being an overseas region, Magipea Malaysia cannot provide warranty or trade-in services for customers in Singapore.
