    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on magipea.com.my.
  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
    MAGIPEA reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply. We recommend saving a copy when placing an order.

2. Prices and delivery charges
  • All product prices listed on magipea.com.my are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude delivery fees.
    Delivery charges will be shown clearly during the checkout process and added to your total.
  • Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, where required by law.

3. Product Information and Orders
  • MAGIPEA strives to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
    However, we do not guarantee that all content on the website is error-free, complete, or current.

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase selected items. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Pricing or content errors

    • Suspicious activities or system issues

    Payment is required upon ordering. We accept credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.

    Generally, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if:

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.

    我们将在收到并检查退回商品后，将款项退回至您原本的付款方式。

    若退货不符合上述政策条款，MAGIPEA 有权拒绝处理退款申请。
